Transfer General Education Placement Request Form

This form is for currently enrolled CSUN undergraduate students who are planning to take one or more General Education (GE) courses at another school, transfer the credit back to CSUN and satisfy CSUN GE requirements.

Important: If you are planning to transfer in a course to meet a CSUN major requirement, do not use this form. Instead, use ASSIST and check with your major department advisor.

Additional Notes:

• Use ASSIST to check whether GE courses taken at a California community college will transfer to CSUN to meet an outstanding GE requirement.
