Special Enrollment Request for Requisite Course Repeat Use this form to request approval for a first or second repeat of a requisite course in a major or pre-major in which a grade requirement in the course must be met to continue in the major or pre-major. Prior to submitting your request, review the entire Repeat Policy. Note: Only one repeat per course is permitted for improving a course grade through grade forgiveness with the higher of the two grades counted in the student’s GPA. All grades for the course will remain on the student’s official transcript. Repeats for grade forgiveness are limited to grades of “C minus” or lower. Grades assigned as part of disciplinary procedures may not be repeated for grade forgiveness. A maximum of 16 semester units of CSUN coursework may be repeated for grade forgiveness. A maximum of an additional 12 units of CSUN course work may be repeated for grade averaging.
