Roundtable Discussion Guidelines and Submission Form

Use the form below to submit your roundtable discussion proposal. Note that the submission form does not save information for later editing. Please be prepared to complete the entire form in one session.

Roundtables will run 90 minutes, including a 30-minute question-and-answer period. A roundtable consists of a moderator and three to five discussants (including the roundtable organizer, if participating as a moderator or discussant).

Please keep in mind that individuals may appear only twice on the entire program, and no more than once in any given role (chair, presenter, or discussant). Organizers are asked to consult with their colleagues regarding potential conflicts before submitting.
