Organized Panel Guidelines and Submission Form

Use the form below to submit your organized panel proposal. Note that the submission form does not save information for later editing. Please be prepared to complete the entire form in one session.

Panels will run 90 minutes, including a 30-minute question-and-answer period. A panel consists of a chair responsible for moderating the panel, three or four presenters and an optional discussant. 

Please keep in mind that individuals may appear only twice on the entire program, and no more than once in any given role (chair, presenter, or discussant). Organizers are asked to consult with their colleagues regarding potential conflicts before submitting.
