I have just completed the NSP Information Workshop. Here is my student information:

Presidential Scholarship or University Scholarship

Answer the following questions based on the NSP Pre-Application Information provided. Please note that you must answer the questions for both the Presidential and University Scholarships.

Award/Scholarship Type You'd Like to Apply For
To apply for the Presidential Scholarship, I must commit to a year-long community or research project.
To apply for the Presidential Scholarship, my Faculty Mentor must be a full-time CSUN faculty member who agrees to mentor me throughout the scholarship period.
To receive the University Scholarship, I must commit to pursuing significant scholarly development or extracurricular activities on or off campus.
University Scholars are required to complete at least how many scholarly activities each term?
The University and Presidential Scholarships are merit-based awards that do not require financial need.
To renew the University Scholarship, I must submit a renewal application describing the activities I completed and outlining my continued scholarly engagement.
To renew the Presidential Scholarship, I must propose a new or expanded project in a renewal application.
Am I allowed to apply for both the University and Presidential Scholarships?
When will I be notified if I am selected?
