Former and current CSUN students, or a representative of a college or university to which a CSUN student has applied, may use this form to request a course description that does not appear in the CSUN Catalog Archives.

Before submitting a request, please check our Catalog Archives. We are only able to provide course descriptions if the catalog year you need is not available in the archive or if the specific course is missing from that year’s catalog.
