U100 professors may request presentations on Klotz Student Health Center information and services. Presentations are available in both in-classroom and Zoom formats.

The 30-minute Klotz Student Health Center presentation is designed to introduce students to health center services. Optional add-on topics, also 30 minutes, provide additional information important to freshman health and well-being.

Health Updates: What All First-Year Students Should Know – A brief review of pertinent health information and resources for first-year students. Topics may include: National College Health Assessment data on CSUN freshmen; sexual health; alcohol poisoning prevention; free NARCAN and opioid overdose prevention; free flu shots; free menstrual products on campus, and more.

StressLess Matadors: Techniques to help mitigate the stressors of college life including 10 healthy habits to fight stress, and a brief introduction to guided meditation. Includes campus resources.

Make Your Time Count: Tips for developing new habits to get organized, stay productive and make every minute of the day count. Includes campus resources.

Sleep Smart: Information on how to promote good quality sleep needed to thrive in college. Includes campus resources.
